No way. He finished 31-9 at Troy the last three seasons and should bring a new energy to West Virginia. — Miles might have a national championship, but Chris Klieman won four FCS national championships at North Dakota State. The in-state battle between Kansas and Kansas State should be a little more intriguing with these two coaches.— TCU’s Gary Patterson is tough to rank. We love the longevity and what he has done for the Horned Frogs, but a .600 winning percentage over the last three seasons knocked him out of the top 10 overall rankings.— Among returning coaches, Baylor’s Matt Rhule had the biggest jump at 23 spots. Oklahoma State’s Mike Gundy had the biggest drop at five spots. Lincoln Riley has Oklahoma on top of the Big 12 again.
